This exceptional lot from Brayan Alvear’s Finca Las Palmas in Acevedo, Huila showcases a rare co-fermentation process with fruit, resulting in an intensely layered cup unlike anything we’ve released before. Expect a vibrant profile of red grape, brown sugar, caramel, and warm spice — a sensory experience that balances sweetness, structure, and depth. Grown at 1,400–1,600 meters and composed of Castillo, Caturra, and Colombia varieties, this coffee is a true expression of innovation from one of Colombia’s most celebrated regions.
