About this coffee:
Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia, with its staggering altitudes and heirloom varietals, yields juicy and exquisite coffee. Different from traditional washed Yirgacheffes, this coffee from the Gedeb cooperative is naturally processed: spread out on platforms and sundried in its natural state, fruit pulp and all. "Strawberry Fields": the sunbaked process yields coffee with dominant strawberry notes and undertones of apricot and kiwi. We roast the coffee to have a chocolate and cream finish, complimenting the sweet and the ripe, the natural berry flavor of the coffee.
