Healthier Pumpkin Spice Coffee

Katie's Note: Pumpkin is a great source of vitamin A, which is why we've included it in this version of our favorite autumn specialty coffee drink. Our spin on this classic fall creation combines Blackberry Patch's Pumpkin Spice Syrup and freshly roasted King Bean coffee for a recipe that is easy to make at home, all-natural, and delicious.  

Ingredients: 

Whole Milk **

Canned Pumpkin Puree

Blackberry Patch’s Pumpkin Spice Syrup

King Bean’s Twenty Strong Blend Coffee, Freshly Brewed

Whipped Cream (optional)

Cinnamon and Nutmeg (Optional)

Directions:

Whisk together 3/4 cup whole milk, 2 heaping teaspoons of canned pumpkin purée, 1 tablespoon of Blackberry Patch’s Pumpkin Spice Syrup. Use more syrup if you like it sweeter!

Heat mixture. Stir while heating mixture on the stove until hot. Be careful not to bring to boiling. Pour mixture into mug and fill 1/2 - 3/4 full.

Pour in Brewed Twenty Strong Blend to fill the top.

Top with whipped cream, cinnamon and nutmeg if desired!

**2%, Skim or Milk Substitute may be used. We like the body that whole milk gives the beverage. **
